Microsoft announced a promotion starting October 1st, 2020 for FREE Audio Conferencing Licensing for EA and CSP customers. In addition to the promotion, there is also discounting available for Microsoft Business Voice.
From October 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021, CSP customers can add Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing to a Microsoft 365 subscription for free for 12 months. Enterprise Agreement customers can add the Audio Conferencing License at no cost for the remainder of their Enterprise Agreement – up to 3 years’ worth of free licensing.
From November 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2021, customers can add Microsoft 365 Business Voice to a Microsoft 365 subscription at a discounted promotional rate. Microsoft 365 Business Voice with Calling Plan will be subject to a 25% discount for 12 months and Microsoft 365 Business Voice without Calling Plan will be subject to a 33% discount for 12 months.
This offering is limited to 300 licenses as Microsoft 365 Business is only eligible to organizations with 300 licenses or less.
What customers are eligible for the promotions?
The Audio Conferencing and Business Voice promos will only be available to the following types of customers:

A net new Microsoft 365 tenant

An existing Microsoft 365 tenant without Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions

An existing Microsoft 365 tenant with Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions that wants to buy new seats during promotional period

An existing Microsoft 365 tenant with Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions that comes up for renewal during the promotional period
*However, these promos are not available to customers if they are a:

Syndication Partner customer

GCC High or DoD customer
What happens when I increase seat count (remaining below maximum) on the promoted offers during the promotion period?
For subscriptions purchased with promotional pricing, new seats added to this subscription during the promotion period will receive the same promotion price for the same discount period. New seats added outside of the promotion period will receive the regular price.
